Unusual and rare 1898 50th Anniversary Flag for the admission of Wisconsin into the Union on May 29,1848. All States become an official State on July 4th no matter when Congress voted the State in to the Union. Nice small size 3’x5′ Made of wool with brass grommets and the small type of stars that flag makers used during this era. Machine sewn.
