Very rare 14 Star Flag with very rare star pattern called a medallion. It is very rare to find a wool flag in this small size. Treadle machine sewn and hand sewing. Sleeve type hoist. Dates to 1891 to commemorate Vermont becoming the 14th State on May 4, 1791 Benjamin Harrison & Grover Cleveland were Presidents during this era. Circa 1891 For the serious collector.
