Perfect Antique 45 Star Framed Flag. Authentic antique 45 Star Flag made of a fine cotton and linen blend. The material is so refined it almost looks like silk. The fly end and host have hemmed sewing. The flag dates from 1896. The 45 star flag used during the Spanish American War made famous by Teddy Roosevelt & the rough riders. Used from 1896 to 1908Grover Cleveland, William McKinley & teddy Roosevelt were Presidents during this period of American history.
