This is a great historical item as well as a great looking decorator item. French newspaper from 1797 detailing the election of the second President of The United States John Adams who was also George Washington’s Vice-President. The paper is dated January 1797 but the news report is dated December 17 1796. The paper is called “Gazette Nationale ov Le Moniteur Universel Archival framing.
