Antique Texas flags are quite rare to find. This one is most unusual as it is made of three individual sewn areas of cloth. The flag material is a heavy weight cotton. The three sections are sewn together with a printed white star. The entire flag has stitched edges. This flag dates to around 1900. It does have several areas of fading, staining and holes but I my opinion these flaws only add to its character.
