Antique Paper Flag with 28 Stars SOLD

Antique Paper Flag with 28 Stars. Texas is the 28th  State. The flag is quite unusual as its made of paper which means t was made for a event and to be discarded later. The stars are placed in a scattered arrangement which is quite rare to find on a antique flag. It has 14 roes of stripes versus the normal 13 stripes. It does seem like it is mis-cut…so it could well have been larger with more stars. Anyway, its still a rare flag and Texas 28 Star flags are basically non existent. Its hard to pin a date on this as I’m not sure its a 28 star flag from 1845…BUT! it could be…
