Original vintage  authentic 48 Star Flag used by the GAR in Parades and events. Circa 48 Star Flag 1914-1959 Most likely this flag dates to the 1920’s The GAR Is The Grand Army Of The Republic. Formed shortly after the End of The Civil War by Union Civil War Veterans. Printed on cotton fabric with sewn edges.
