Very high level of craftsmanship and beauty. It is in excellent condition. I have seen four types of quality, first and lowest price is a somewhat crude example of embroidery sold to lower level sailors this is the type you normally find, then a better quality sold to mid level sailors, The third level of quality like this example would be much more expensive and sold to Ship Captains. Ans a fourth or highest level quality for executive level buyers.
