Very rare 38 Star Flag with very rare star pattern called a medallion with three rings of stars and one star in each corner with no center star which is very rare. Rare to find a printed wool flag like this. Fabric is a gauze type wool. Hand sewn edges. Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Chester A. Arthur, Grover Cleveland & Benjamin Harrison were Presidents during this era. Circa 1877-1890 For the serious collector.
