An exceeding rare WWII Poster printers print plate made of solid copper. Designed by Tom Woodburn in 1940 as a Army recruitment poster. This is the only one from this era known to exist. It is rare because 99.99% of these were scrapped and melted down after the printing run. The poster design is also of a very rare WWII poster. At the top it says, US ARMY At the bottom it says, GUARDIAN OF THE COLORS Flag Rarity Rating; 5 On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the rarest This flag rates a 4 and is priced accordingly.
