Fairly rare Presidential Campaign textile banner for General Winfield Scott Hancock and his Vice-President running mate William H. English. They ran against James A. Garfield in the election of 1880 needles to say My Hancock & English lost as no one really remembers them today. Great colors and vary patriotic design on the banner.
