Authentic antique 46 Star Flag. Made of heavy weight silk most likely a military flag. Rare to find a flag made out of silk this size unless it was ordered by the Army Sewn edges with nice tilted puffy type stars. Its rare to find a silk flag like this. Lots of character with much age, wear & tear showing. It was been sewn to a heavy silk backing along with our museum framing with UV acrylic this flag should last another 100 years.
