Truly a work of art… A completely hand sewn hand made Betsy Ross flag by Betsy Ross’s Grandgaughter Rachael Albright. Signed and dated in her hand writing with period ink. The flag is made of individually hand cut and sewn silk stripes and beautiful hand stitched “pointy” stars. It has a linen hoist with is inscribed with the following text: “First flag made in 1777 by Betsy Ross. This copy of The Original Flag made in 1903 by Rachael Albright aged 91 years Granddaugnter of Betsy Ross This flag is 109 years old. There is some separating of the silk in the canton area.
