The attached info came with the art; William W. Kibblehouse, Residence not listed, Enlisted on 7-2-63 as a Private. On 7-2-63 he was mustered into Co. “B” PA Moson’s Cavalry. He was mustered out on 8-21-63 The close date possibly indicate he was possibly wounded and unable to fight. There is also a note on the note that he is the only on registered with this name so he could have made this for his son, father or mother…
