Large Antique 38 Star Flag

Large Antique 38 Star Flag with beautiful hand cut and sewn double applique stars.  The stars are unusual as every other star is up side down. The flag is made of wool, has a canvas hoist with brass grommets. The entire flag is present its just too big to frame the whole flag. We folded the bottom and fly end behind the flag.
